Bellgrove Rangiora is a Joint Venture between Ngāi Tahu Property and Bellgrove Rangiora Limited.

Bellgrove Rangiora Limited and Ngāi Tahu Property signed a joint venture (JV) in March 2023 to deliver this 65-hectare residential development in Rangiora, North Canterbury. The JV appointed Ngāi Tahu Property as development manager for the management and delivery of Bellgrove.

Bellgrove is a 65ha high-quality development in northeast Rangiora running from Kippenberger Avenue, north towards Coldstream Road.

Bellgrove will eventually be home to around 1300 new homes – stand-alone build sections available range in size from around 330m² to 1000+ m² and smaller medium density lots will offer a wide selection of house & land packages in duplex, townhouse, and villa styles.

Stage 1 construction is well underway with titles now issued for Stage 1A, 1B, and 1C. Titles for 1D are expected in May 2024.
