Bellgrove Rangiora is a Joint Venture between Ngāi Tahu Property and Bellgrove Rangiora Limited.

Bellgrove Rangiora Limited and Ngāi Tahu Property signed a joint venture (JV) in March 2023 to deliver this 65-hectare residential development in Rangiora, North Canterbury. The JV appointed Ngāi Tahu Property as development manager for the management and delivery of Bellgrove.

Bellgrove is located in the dynamic town of Rangiora, in the Waimakariri district, just an easy 30-minute drive from Christchurch city.
