Bellgrove Rangiora Limited (BRL) and Ngāi Tahu Property (NTP) announces a joint venture on the Bellgrove residential development in Rangiora.

The Bellgrove development is located in East Rangiora in the fast-growing Waimakariri district. This high-quality development on nearly 100ha will eventually deliver around 1300 new lots ranging from higher density to larger standalone build sections, as well as a neighbourhood shopping or commercial centre and preschool.

BRL purchased the former dairy farm land 3 years ago and has since then progressed planning, consenting and construction of Stage 1 which has nearly 200 lots and will be completed later this year before moving into future stages.

Stage 1 of the development was released mid -2022 with around 60 percent of stage 1 already under contract. Bellgrove is in an ideal location – within walking distance to the Rangiora High St, Rangiora Golf Club, MainPower Sports Stadium, Rangiora High School, preschools and Rangiora Borough School as well as the wider North Canterbury attractions including rivers, beaches and mountains.

Ngāi Tahu Property is a leading property development and investment company owned by Te Waipounamu (South Island) based iwi, Ngāi Tahu.
